Order Policy – Lemon Supplies Effective Date: July 29, 2025
1. Order Availability
In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days. This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed ship date. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer may have extended lead times, which are listed on each product page.
If your order cannot be fulfilled due to insufficient stock, we will notify you via email within 24 business hours. If your order is time-sensitive, please respond promptly so our team can offer potential solutions.
2. Order Cancellation by Lemon Supplies
We reserve the right to cancel any order, credit, refund, or reshipment at our sole discretion. We may refuse service, terminate accounts, and restrict access to our Services if a user violates our policies or engages in fraud, abuse, or other conduct harmful to Lemon Supplies or others.
3. Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. A cancellation or restocking fee—up to 50% of the item’s cost—may apply. Customized products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
4. Modifying an Order
We cannot guarantee changes to an order after it is placed. Please reach out as soon as possible for modification requests. Customized products cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned.
5. Online Security and Verification
For customer security, all orders undergo automated fraud and verification checks. These may result in brief delays. If further validation is needed, we will contact you by email.
6. Order Communication
Email is our primary method of communication. All updates, tracking, and alerts will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Ensure your email is entered correctly and monitored.
7. Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Only one card may be used per order. Most prepaid cards are accepted if registered with a billing address.
8. Charges and Authorizations
Your card is charged in full once your first item ships or after 6 calendar days—whichever comes first. An authorization hold may show as a pending charge on your bank statement. If the lead time on your order is extended, we may contact you to process payment in advance.
9. Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you’re purchasing internationally, your card issuer may convert the transaction to local currency and apply a currency conversion fee.
10. Pricing Policy
Our prices reflect real-time wholesale updates. If a manufacturer’s price increase occurs before your order is fully paid, we may contact you to approve the difference. If you do not confirm the updated price and pay the balance, we may cancel and refund your order.
In the rare event of a pricing error on our site, we reserve the right to cancel orders or offer revised pricing for your approval.
11. Incorrect Product Recieved
If you received an incorrect product, please keep it unused and in original packaging. Contact us within 5 business days and provide a photo. We will arrange to reship the correct product or issue a refund. We cover return shipping for incorrect items.
