1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used or opened items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom or bulk orders (unless damaged or defective)
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@lemonsupply.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Any photos if the product was damaged or incorrect
We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return
4. Exchanges
Need a replacement? If your product is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Contact us at support@lemonsupply.com to arrange an exchange.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company. It may take time to post
