Shipping Policy – Lemon Supplies Effective Date: July 29, 2025

1. Delivery Times

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary: - Ground Shipping: 1–7 business days - Freight Shipments: 1–10 business days

Please account for delays during holidays or when items are shipped directly from manufacturers. We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

2. Address Changes & Reconsignments

If you need to change your shipping address after an order has been processed, carriers may charge a reconsignment fee. We will notify you of the fee and request confirmation before proceeding. Unconfirmed changes may result in delivery delays or returns.
If redelivery is required due to missed delivery or address issues, additional redelivery and reconsignment fees may apply.

3. Damaged or Missing Items - Freight Shipments

 

Upon delivery: - Clearly note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt - Keep all packaging materials and the receipt - Contact us within 1 business day - Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

Failure to note damage at delivery may void compensation eligibility. Signing the receipt without comments indicates acceptance of the shipment as-is.

4. Damaged or Missing Items - Ground Shipments

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 business days to report any damage or missing items. Keep all packaging. We may request photos to assist in resolving the issue.

For perishable or temperature-sensitive items, you must report issues within 1 business day of the expected delivery time and provide photos of damage and temperature.

5. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us immediately. Carrier traces typically take: - Freight Carriers: 3–5 business days - Ground Carriers: 1–3 business days
If the shipment is located, delivery will continue. If deemed lost, we will contact you with next steps.

6. Shipping Methods

Ground delivery occurs: - Monday–Friday for commercial locations - 7 days a week for residential addresses
Expedited shipments are delivered on business days only.

7. Additional Carrier Fees

Any fees assessed by the carrier due to delivery complications (e.g., limited access, liftgate services, inside delivery) may be billed separately unless explicitly included in your shipping terms.
